Hours: Monday to Friday | Night Shift
We're currently recruiting for a Night Customer Service Clerk to join a busy and well-established freight forwarding business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and enjoys providing exceptional customer service while supporting overnight freight operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately record incoming freight onto the internal system.
- Coordinate overnight transport bookings and collections.
- Update shipment information and customer records.
