  • Job Roles & Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to meet company growth targets.
  • Establish and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and proposal negotiations to secure new contracts.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to position the company competitively.
  • Collaborate with internal departments including Marketing, Product, and Delivery teams to align business objectives and solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline forecasts, and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Drive improvements in customer satisfaction and retention through feedback analysis and service reviews.
  • Prepare and present business performance reports to senior management on a regular basis.
  • Contribute to pricing strategies and commercial models in alignment with market expectations and company profitability.
  • Mentor and support junior team members in best practices for business development and client management.
  • Mandatory Experience & Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in a business development, sales, or client relationship management role.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, including proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets and expanding client portfolios.
  • Experience in working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, or Zoho.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and make data‑driven decisions.
  • High level of self‑motivation, initiative, and a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Capable of managing multiple accounts and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Desired Experience
  • Experience in the IT, consulting, or Saa S industry is highly desirable.
  • Prior knowledge of solution selling or consultative sales approach.
  • Understanding of contract structuring and proposal development.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and lead generation strategies.
  • Experience with international business development is a plus.
  • Knowledge of bid and tender management processes.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and business communication tools.
