  • Engaging directly with clients to understand challenges and develop scalable, user-focused solutions.
  • Leading focused discovery and design sprints, applying sound judgement on when to iterate or move on.
  • Collaborating with engineering, design, and commercial teams to transition successful prototypes into production-ready products.
  • Feeding insights and learnings into wider product strategy, commercial positioning, and go-to-market activities.
