About the role
Fawkes & Reece are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their regional team in Basingstoke.
You will work on projects across education, healthcare, commercial and residential sectors with a solid pipeline of work.
Reporting to the regional commercial lead, you will manage subcontract procurement, contractor accounts on site, monthly valuations, variations and final accounts, while ensuring cost control and client liaison.
