We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing & Social Media Assistant to help grow our business across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong social media marketing skills, be confident creating engaging content, and have practical experience using AI-powered marketing and video generation tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media accounts including:
- TikTok
- YouTube
- Create engaging social media content, including short-form videos and promotional graphics.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor content calendars.
- Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Use AI tools to generate and enhance marketing content.
- Create and edit videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
- Monitor social media performance and provide regular reporting and recommendations.
- Research market trends, competitors, and emerging AI technologies.
- Assist with website content updates, email marketing, and other promotional activities.
- Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Strong understanding of TikTok and short-form video marketing.
- Experience creating engaging video content that drives audience engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and proactively generate new content ideas.
