About EFI Group
EFI Group has a bold mission to transform lives, careers and industries through pioneering, industry-led education in fashion, beauty and apprenticeships. Our vision is to deliver exceptional learning experiences, driven by innovation, inclusion, employability, and excellence.
About the role
We are looking for an Industry Collaboration & Partnerships Coordinator to coordinate the planning and delivery of industry engagement programmes across the EFI Group, that enhance student learning, professional development and employability. Working across the London College of Beauty Therapy and the Fashion Retail Academy, you will develop and manage a range of opportunities including industry talks, masterclasses, live projects, work placements and mentoring programmes. Acting as a key link between students, academic teams and employer partners, you will ensure activities are aligned with curriculum objectives, support the student journey and deliver meaningful outcomes.
The role requires strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships with employers, brands and industry professionals, and confidence managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Working with a high degree of autonomy, you will manage programmes throughout their full lifecycle, from planning and stakeholder engagement through to delivery, evaluation and reporting on impact, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement. The role has a direct impact on the student experience and outcomes, by creating meaningful industry experiences that develop students' skills, confidence, professional networks and readiness for future careers.
About you
Qualifications: Level 3 qualification (or equivalent experience) and GCSE English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above), with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Experience: Experience of coordinating and delivering programmes, projects, events or employer engagement initiatives, managing activities from planning through to delivery, evaluation and reporting.
Expertise: Experience and understanding of employer engagement, student enrichment, employability and relationship management, with the ability to develop meaningful opportunities that support positive student outcomes.
Skills: Strong organisational, stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build, manage and maintain effective relationships with employers and industry relationships. Able to manage multiple priorities independently, exercise sound judgement when balancing competing demands and work independently to deliver results. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and data, evaluate activity and report clearly on outcomes and impact.
Values
A proactive, student-centred approach with a commitment to collaboration, continuous improvement, inclusion and delivering high-quality experiences that positively impact students' learning and career progression.
