A bit about what you will do... Spa Receptionists in our team play a pivotal role in creating a serene and enjoyable experience for our spa guests. Contributing to the overall well-being and relaxation of our guests in our luxurious Spa. Greet our guests with a warm welcome as they arrive at the spa. Ensure a smooth and efficient registration process creating a friendly impression. Ensure accurate scheduling of treatments and services, accommodating guest preferences and therapist availability. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and offering information about spa services, promotions, and facilities. Performing various administrative tasks such as processing payments, handling phone calls, maintaining client records, and managing correspondence.

More about you... Providing a high-quality service comes naturally to you. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Very good at multi-tasking and remaining calm under pressure. Excellent communication skills with a high standard of written and spoken English. A smart and professional appearance. You value being part of a team and supporting your colleagues. Most of all, you will have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner. Experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel is a significant advantage.
