Express Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with a highly regarded Estate Agents. Due to continued success and portfolio growth, our client is now looking to recruit an experienced and proactive Property Manager to join their established team based in Beeston, Nottingham.
This is a key role within the business responsible for managing a diverse property portfolio and acting as a primary point of contact for leaseholders, residents and contractors. Previous experience managing property portfolios is essential and due to the nature of the role, a full clean UK driving licence is required.
In return, the successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of up to c£30,000 alongside a strong benefits package and an attractive performance-related bonus structure.
- Manage the company’s property portfolio in line with all relevant legislation including RICS Codes of Practice and ARMA regulations.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance works ensuring compliance with building standards and regulations.
- Attend residential meetings and visit client sites as required.
- Handle issues and emergencies raised by leaseholders and residents in a professional and timely manner.
- Liaise with key stakeholders regarding accounts, budgets, expenditure and ongoing maintenance.
- Identify and follow up new business leads while maintaining strong client relationships.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in Property Management is essential.
- Full clean UK driving licence is essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident IT user with experience of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
