Monitors progress and quality, exercising judgement to identify delays, risks or control weaknesses requiring escalation.

Exercises judgement to identify complex, novel or high‑risk matters for escalation to senior specialists or the Tax Lead.
- Provides delivery leadership across audits, Management Controls (“live checks”), helpdesk triage and CASMS publications, coordinating multi‑person activities and promoting consistent compliance practices.
- Coordinates multi‑person workstreams, mentors team members on audit techniques and evidence preparation and promotes consistent working methods across the team. Drives follow‑through on actions, trackers and communications to support a strong compliance culture.
