Head of Cell Production will: Leading all aspects of battery cell production, including cell filling, formation, and final packaging.
Scaling manufacturing operations to achieve and exceed high - volume throughput targets.
Designing, implementing, and optimising safe, efficient, and repeatable production processes.
Establishing robust process controls, SOPs, and quality systems to support consistent production.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to improve yield, throughput, and cost efficiency.
Building, mentoring, and developing a high - performing production team.
Overseeing equipment selection, commissioning, and maintenance strategies for production lines.
The
Head of Cell Production will have: A proven track record of operating high - throughput battery cell manufacturing environments (typically ~50,000 cells per month or higher) Significant hands - on experience in battery cell production, with direct responsibility for cell fill, formation, and packaging processes.
Demonstrated experience working with lithium metal at scale, including safe handling and process control.
Strong background in process engineering, production scaling, and yield optimisation.
Experience setting up and running safe, efficient, and repeatable manufacturing operations.
Proven ability to lead, develop, and scale production teams in fast - growing environments.
Familiarity with automation, data - driven manufacturing, and quality management systems.
