The Role

  • Provide essential support across the business, helping with general administration, basic finance admin and front-line communication.
  • Be a key point of contact for clients, suppliers and colleagues, so strong communication skills and a positive, professional approach are important.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing diaries, appointments and internal schedules
  • Answering incoming calls and handling enquiries professionally
  • Supporting with general office administration and document management
