A leading web agency, specialising in web design, web application development and web marketing has an opportunity for an outstanding Web Developer with very strong PHP/MySQL skills to join their friendly and hardworking team. Experience in Zend Framework would be a plus. This role, based in North London is ideal for a very experienced and technically skilled candidate with a commercial background, looking to develop their career with a dynamic, fast-growing and interesting company.
This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, good telephone manner and a genuine desire to understand the client's requirements. As a very experienced Web Developer, you will be responsible for developing first-class, functional websites as well as developing productive and effective client relationships.
The right person will:
- Have a record as a successful web developer (at least 3 years of experience would be preferred)
- Be an expert at hand-coding HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL and JavaScript
- Have experience of working with jQuery / AJAX, Drupal and Zend
- Have experience of developing bespoke Content Management Systems & E-Commerce websites
- Have knowledge of W3C standards, accessibility and cross-browser issues
- Have a great attitude and strong customer service skills
- Be able to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Be willing to support and fit in with the MintTwist team
- Have superb written and spoken English
- Have an ability to demonstrate a real interest in MintTwist and growing their role within the company
- Have gumption, enthusiasm, initiative, passion
