A fantastic opportunity to work as a Web Developer within a Digital Media company. Our perfect Developer will be a team player, love working directly with clients and have an interest in Design and UX.
You will be implementing websites from scratch or from a mock-up on a variety of popular platforms, and contributing to the development of our internal web platform. You’ll be part of a team responsible for the full web development lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
Responsibilities:- Discuss requirements with clients and estimate work
- Build websites through appealing visual design with the Design Team
- Implement website mock-ups
- Manage web projects end to end delivery
- Test websites to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
- Troubleshoot problems or make changes on existing sites
- Collaborate with other teams to help streamline project communication and delivery
- Work with the Marketing team to improve UX and conversion
- Collaborate in the development of Buzzbar’s internal platform
- Proven 5 years experience as a Web Developer or Web Designer
- Expert in HTML, CSS and Javascript
- Familiarity with at least one back-end technology or language (e.g. PHP/Laravel, C#, Node.js)
- Knowledge of Shopify, Wordpress, Squarespace
- Creative with a good eye for aesthetics and UI/UX design
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience working directly with clients
- Great attention to detail
