Maison Estelle, part of Ennismore, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our culinary team based in The Attic Osteria, Mayfair. Produce all items to recipe cards, deliver a fresh, high quality food offer, work across kitchen sections, and maintain high standards of presentation, hygiene and stock control.
The role includes supporting senior staff, controlling wastage and costs, assisting with stock takes, and ensuring all documentation and equipment are properly maintained.
