About the role

Enfield Council is seeking a passionate Families First Youth Participation Officer to lead youth voice across children's services. You will develop participation opportunities and ensure young people influence decision-making, service design and delivery of initiatives such as the Enfield Youth Council and Leadership Academy.

You will build strong relationships with diverse young people, translate experiences into practical recommendations, and safeguard and inclusion best practices in all.
