A new chapter is beginning in Chelsea. Endo Chelsea is the newest restaurant from Michelin-starred chef Endo Kazutoshi and Creative Restaurant Group. It will be a deeply personal expression of Japanese hospitality—shaped by exceptional produce, craftsmanship, seasonality and genuine human connection. Within the restaurant will be MOGA, an intimate bar with its own creative identity. We are looking for a Creative Bartender to join our opening team and help shape it from the very beginning.

We believe that a great bar, like a great restaurant, is never created by one person. It is built quietly, every day, by people who respect their ingredients, their craft, their guests and one another. This role is for someone who wants to do more than reproduce classic cocktails. We are looking for a bartender with strong technical foundations, imagination and curiosity—someone excited by Japanese flavours, beautiful produce, seasonality and the stories behind every ingredient. You will help develop MOGA’s character, contribute ideas and create drinks that feel thoughtful, distinctive and personal. Just as importantly, you will bring warmth to the bar and make every guest feel genuinely welcomed.

Who we are looking for

  • You will be someone who has strong cocktail knowledge and excellent technical foundations.
  • Is creative, curious and excited to explore Japanese ingredients and flavours.
  • Cares about provenance, seasonality and the people behind the produce.
  • Understands that great bartending begins with great hospitality.
  • Brings warmth, personality and confidence to every guest interaction.
  • Has an exceptional eye for detail.
  • Works with humility, discipline and consistency.
  • Enjoys collaborating and sharing ideas.
  • Remains calm, organised and attentive during service.
  • Wants to keep learning, refining and growing as part of a team.

Experience within a high-quality cocktail bar, luxury hotel or fine-dining restaurant would be valuable. However, your curiosity, character and connection to our philosophy will matter just as much.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary with shared service charge and tips.
  • Delicious and nutritious team meals.
  • 50% discount on food and beverages across all our restaurants.
  • A day off on your birthday to celebrate yourself!
  • Annual Christmas party and referral bonuses.
  • A dynamic workplace culture that fosters creativity and excellence.
  • Access to Wagestream for managing your pay.
  • 30 paid annual holidays to maintain work-life balance.

We want to create something honest, distinctive and lasting—with people who care deeply about their craft and want to build this next chapter together. If this speaks to you, we would love to hear from you.

Note: Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK without corporate sponsorship.
