NHBC and LABC site Registrations, overseeing the whole CML process with ensuring all info is received and BC certificates Ensuring CMl’s are received with the agreed timescales with all required site certificates. Coordination of all house type drawings, civils, structures, foundations, architectural. Appointing multi utility companies and obtaining service drawing approvals and ensuring legal agreements are singed, including NAV agreements. Clearing of NHBC conditions/ Discharging planning conditions. Appointment of all consultants in line with the project requirements and ensuring they are in line with the professional fees Engage with solicitors to ensure all sectional agreements are signed and sealed in a timely manner Obtaining technical approval for all sectional agreements; Section 278, 38, 104, 185. Population of PCI’s and drawings to accommodate health and safety files Carrying out technical appraisals for new potential sites and producing constraints plans. Experience: The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role with a UK house builder, be able to commute daily to the office and be keen to develop their career with a growing housebuilder of repute
