About the role

Salary: £21,681 per annum (£24,479 FTE)

Contract: Part time, Permanent

Hours: 31 hours per week

Enable is a dynamic and vibrant organisation dedicated to improving the lives of people with learning disabilities and we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Community Connector to join us in ensuring they have the same opportunities as everyone else.

Sitting within our Communities team you would be responsible for delivering Enable Scotland's Summer of Sport youth programme in Glasgow and Activate Inverclyde, delivering across Greenock, Port Glasgow and Gourock.

Delivering a programme that engages 8-18-year-olds and adults in activity to develop their access to their communities, including sport and cultural activity, as well as develop their confidence, peer network, independent travel skills, health.

Your tasks

Lead engaging community programmes for youth and adults, promoting sport and cultural activities.

Your profile

Experience in community engagement or youth work is a plus.
