Salesforce Training Manager

Job Title: Salesforce Training Manager

Location: Richmond, three days per week onsite

Day Rate: £425 per day (inside IR35)

Contract Length: 12-months (possible extension)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute a comprehensive Salesforce training program tailored to the needs of company teams.
• Facilitate the adoption of Salesforce CRM by working closely with users to understand their unique requirements and challenges.
• Develop and maintain training materials, including e-learning courses, guides, tutorials, and videos, to support ongoing learning and development.
• Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching to ensure elevated levels of competency and confidence among users.
• Monitor and report on Salesforce usage and adoption metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them.
• Provide support for US-based projects, demonstrating flexibility to work in alignment with US business hours.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce trainer or a similar role focusing on CRM adoption and user training.
• Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Trainer, are highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM functionalities, reporting, and dashboards.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, such as My Trailhead or equivalent platforms, is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and educate users at all levels.
