We are looking for a Training Manager with experience of working on Salesforce to join a Digital Transformation team. You will work with the business SMEs to define, support and deliver end user training. This is a great role working for a high profile company where you can really add value. This will be an initial 6 month contract with 2 days hybrid each week in the office.
What you will do:
- Work closely with business SMEs to define, develop, deliver, and implement a training curriculum in line with the operational business needs with a focus on logical E2E business processes.
- Update previously created training material so that it remains current and valid.
- Join multiple project teams to represent the training requirement aspect of each programme.
- Attend and facilitate change impact assessment workshops to understand BAU impact.
- Utilise the technical training provided by the service providers and design and deliver bespoke training solutions to support the business with transformational change. This could include quick reference guides, self-learning guides, videos, and workshops.
- Work with Business Process Owners to evaluate and assess impact of change post go-live to ensure the training has met its objectives.

- Strong training skills and experience building a range of self-serve materials with the supplier.
- Expert training delivery skills and experience.
- Exceptional organisational and coordination skills.
