Empowering U Healthcare is a specialist provider of complex, person-centred care, supporting individuals to live fulfilling and independent lives in their own homes. We are a nurse-led organisation committed to compassion, dignity, and high-quality care.

We are currently recruiting dedicated Care Assistants / Healthcare Assistants to support both children and adults with complex needs.

Available Role: Night Shifts in LE9

Client: Supporting a young boy at home with a tracheostomy, requiring comprehensive clinical and personal care support. This includes:

  • Tracheostomy care and tube changes
  • Home oxygen therapy
  • Suctioning
  • Nebuliser treatment
  • Medication management
  • PEG feeding
  • Incontinence care
  • Management of challenging behaviours

Hours: Night Shifts - 22:30 - 06:30

Pay: £35.00 per hour

Duties include:

  • Deliver compassionate, person-centred care in line with care plans
  • Assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and daily activities
  • Promote independence, dignity, and emotional wellbeing
  • Maintain accurate care documentation
  • Build trusting relationships with clients and families
  • Follow all health & safety regulations and company policies
