Job Title: Credit controller Location: Ipswich Desired Start Date: ASAP Deadline for application: 06/11/2026 Hours: 7.50/day Monday - Friday Salary: £25,000 – £27,500 Role Overview: Working in a fast paced environment, you will be responsible but not limited to overseeing the Sales Ledger and credit control function. Key Responsibilities: Raising sales ledger invoices and upload to customer portals Issue customer/client statements Raising employee recharge invoices Reconciling customer/client accounts, liaising with them direct as necessary Chasing overdue invoices Setting up new customers and maintaining existing account details within the CRM and Accounting software Other responsibilities as necessary: Bank reconciliations Process staff business expenses Process business credit card transactions Credit card reconciliations Match/process purchase invoices, reconciling to purchase orders on the business CRM system Sending monthly CIS statements to subcontractors Other ad hoc duties Required Experience
