The Role
- Manage end-to-end corporate travel bookings across air, rail, hotel and ancillary services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for your clients, delivering a personalised, high-touch service.
- Create and manage complex itineraries, amendments, reissues and urgent travel requests.
- Monitor GDS queues and proactively manage ticketing deadlines and requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships focused on service excellence and retention.
- Provide support for out-of-hours client requirements when necessary.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold exceptional service standards.
- Support and contribute positively to the wider team environment.
About You
- A minimum of 5 years' experience within a business travel environment (essential).
- Strong GDS knowledge, ideally Travelport/Galileo (Amadeus and Sabre experience also considered).
- Experience processing exchanges, reissues and refunds.
- Confidence managing complex and high-value travel requirements independently.
- Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with a genuine client-focused approach.
- The ability to remain calm, organised and professional under pressure.
- A proactive attitude, strong sense of ownership and commitment to high standards.

- Experience using the Atriis travel platform.
- Ticketing or fare-related qualifications.
