Reporting to: CEO Direct reports: Membership Coordinator The Employers’ Initiative on Domestic Abuse (EIDA), a charity and employer membership network helping organisations take effective action on domestic abuse, are recruiting a Head of Membership & Engagement. This is an exciting time to join EIDA, as we approach our 10-year anniversary. Our visibility is growing across employers, government, and the wider domestic abuse sector. This senior role enables you to shape and deliver a compelling membership and engagement strategy that strengthens our network, grows our impact, and underpins our financial sustainability. This is a full-time position with flexible working arrangements; 3% employer pension contribution; and a yearly holiday allowance of 25 days plus bank holidays.
