Account Manager £30,000-£40,000 per annum NG13, Bingham Full Time, Permanent Our client, a leading online distributor delivering exceptional service and an extensive product range to customers across the UK are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Manager to join their team and help drive their continued growth. As an Account Manager , you will act as the primary point of contact for a specific online retailer. This includes managing pricing strategies, expanding product ranges, handling customer enquiries and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main contact for the assigned account, building and nurturing strong relationships. Monitor account performance, proactively identifying and addressing any issues or opportunities. Review and manage pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability. Research and add new product ranges to meet market demand and customer expectations. Work with the purchasing team to negotiate supplier pricing and ensure stock availability. Handle and resolve customer enquiries promptly and professionally. Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Prepare regular reports on account performance, pricing adjustments and product sales.
