This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Acturis user to step into a pivotal support role within a growing and innovative business. You will play a key part in enhancing system functionality, supporting colleagues across the organisation, and driving efficiency through training and continuous improvement. If you’re an Acturis “super user” looking for a fresh challenge away from a traditional broking role, this position offers the perfect opportunity to leverage your expertise in a more strategic and impactful way.
You will look after a portfolio of clients ideally in and around the South West and travel will be required. This is a full time, permanent role working remotely with a salary of up to £50,000 plus car allowance and benefits.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver system improvements and support ongoing development of the Acturis platform
- Act as a key point of contact for Acturis-related queries across the business
- Design and deliver training to colleagues at all levels
- Support users with day-to-day system issues and troubleshooting
- Assist in configuration, document creation, and optimisation of workflows
- Work closely with stakeholders to enhance system usage and efficiency
- Strong experience using Acturis, including document creation
- Background within the insurance sector (ideal for Brokers, Account Handlers or Account Executives seeking a new direction)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for supporting, coaching and developing others
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote setting
