Reference: Are you an Intermediate Electrical Building Services Engineer with 3 - 7 years experience, ready to take real ownership of your own projects? We are recruiting on behalf of our confidential client, a growing Building Services consultancy based in Hull, East Yorkshire, for an Electrical Building Services Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. The role offers 40,000 - 55,000, a clear pathway to Senior Engineer level, and a live electrical project pipeline ready for you from day one. Our client is looking to move quickly and would ideally welcome someone who can start this month, or as soon as their notice period allows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce LV power, lighting, small power, emergency lighting, fire detection and alarm, containment and EV charging designs from RIBA Stages 2 - 5.
  • Carry out electrical load calculations, cable sizing, lux level calculations and distribution board schedules using industry software.
  • Prepare electrical specifications, schedules, drawings and design reports in line with BS 7671 (18th Edition), CIBSE guidelines.
