Job Title: Senior Contracts Officer - Interim Location: Swindon Rate: circa £25 - £30 per hour Contract Type: Interim Working Pattern: 3-4 days per week in the office About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Contracts Officer to join a Planned Maintenance team, supporting the Senior Planned Surveyor. This is not a repairs scheduling role — you will act as the scheduler for planned maintenance works, playing a key role in supporting the delivery of the planned maintenance programme. Key Responsibilities: * Support the Senior Planned Surveyor in the delivery of the planned maintenance programme. * Schedule planned maintenance works (not responsive repairs), coordinating programme activity and timelines. * Analyse data and documents to support programme planning, reporting, and contract administration. * Use pivot tables and advanced spreadsheet analysis to manipulate and present programme data. * Maintain accurate records and support contract documentation management. Requirements: * Experience in a contracts officer or similar role within social housing or property maintenance. * Experience supporting planned maintenance programmes (essential — not repairs). * Strong data and document analysis skills, including confident use of pivot tables and Excel. * Good organisational and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and support senior colleagues effectively.
