About the role
Elevate, working in partnership with Carlsberg Britvic, is looking for a Business Development Executive to join our award‑winning sales team.
- You will represent some of the UK's most iconic soft drinks brands, including:
- Pepsi Max – the UK's No.1 selling cola
- The London Essence Company – the UK's No.2 bestselling mixer
- Aqua Libra – an innovative water dispense solution
This is a high‑potential territory within our South region.
We're seeking a driven, resilient and ambitious salesperson who is confident in closing, commercially minded and determined to succeed.
Role overview
You will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with on‑trade outlets across your patch.
Working closely with our route‑to‑market (RTM) partners, you will engage key decision‑makers to increase distribution, pourings and visibility of our dispense brands.
You must live within the territory, ideally in or near the Tunbridge Wells postcode area.
This role is perfect for someone with experience in the drinks or foodservice sector who's ready to step up and build their career with market‑leading brands.
Key responsibilities & qualifications
- Proven on‑trade sales experience
- Genuine passion for the drinks industry
- Confident, engaging and professional presence
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness, with the ability to influence
- Solid IT skills and confidence presenting both 1:1 and to groups
- Excellent time management, teamwork and communication skills
- Self‑motivated, ambitious and solutions‑focused with a positive, 'can‑do' attitude
- Highly organised and disciplined, able to manage your own diary and deliver against targets
- Understanding of route to market within the licensed on‑trade (free trade)
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
