A full time position has opened for a strong junior sous / sous chef paying 28k - 30k per year depending on experience, plus a share of tips for the right candidate here in the coastal town of Bude. We operate in a 20 bedroomed hotel with a 60+ cover restaurant overlooking the sea and Summerleaze beach.
