Business Centre Manager in Birmingham

We are looking for a customer-focused and highly organised Business Centre Manager. In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring an exceptional customer experience, effective operation day to day and revenue growth. You will be acting in a supervisory capacity to centre operation assistants.

The ideal candidate would have:

• A proven record in revenue generation within a customer facing environment
• Strong commercial and sales acumen
• Strong leadership skills
• The ability to ensure an exceptional customer experience

Knowledge and Experience required:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 & CRM software
