Echo Personnel is recruiting on behalf of a long-standing client in Corby for skilled Powder Coaters to join their growing production team. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent role with a successful company that invests in its people and offers a supportive working environment.

Working with a variety of metal products, you'll play a key role in ensuring components leave the production line with a flawless, durable finish that meets the highest quality standards.

  • Prepare metal products for coating through cleaning, sanding, masking, and surface preparation.
  • Operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Apply powder coatings to achieve a high-quality, consistent finish.
  • Carry out quality inspections to ensure products meet required specifications.
  • Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean, organised, and safe.

Shift Pattern:

Training Period: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm

Available Shifts (Fixed Shift): The successful candidate will work either the morning or afternoon shift, depending on business requirements and availability.

Competitive pay of £12.71 - £14.00 per hour, depending on experience.
