Hours: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the facilities services industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business development strategies.
- Monitor and report on the progress of business development initiatives.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools (desirable).
- Experience in the facilities services industry (desirable).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (Desirable)
