Package & Benefits

  • Salary: DOE Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Pension scheme
  • Wellbeing Benefits – 24 hours turnaround GP appointment for the whole family
  • 25 days holiday (not including bank holidays)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Undertake planned preventative maintenance, including monthly lighting and plant checks, and general building maintenance.
  • Carry out reactive electrical works, including repairs to internal and external lighting and distribution boards.
  • Complete routine PPM visits and reactive repairs to electrical assets across the site.
  • Supervise and support subcontractors completing PPM and reactive works onsite.

Skills & Qualifications Required

  • Knowledge & Understanding
  • Proven experience within facilities management or building services.
  • Strong background in PPM and reactive electrical maintenance.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team on a large, high-profile site.

Qualifications

  • City & Guilds / SVQ Level II/III in Electrical Installations
