Working within our established Energy Team, you will be validating energy invoices from suppliers, checking for any changes in energy consumption and offering great customer service.
You will contribute to the population and monitoring of Energy databases and validating supplier invoices in time to allow clients to meet their payment terms. This will require identification of billing errors and you will arrange provision of corrective invoices by suppliers. You will need great customer service skills, as you will be a point of contact for clients and suppliers.
We are looking for candidates who:
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft office Suite.
- QCF Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English or able to pass assessment
- Have the ability to deal effectively with conflicting priorities.
- Good inter-personal skills and show a commitment to customers.
- Competent and accurate keyboard skills
