Do you enjoy working in a fast paced, varied administrator role? If so, we look forward to hearing from you! An opportunity has arisen for one permanent Senior Business Administrator within the Adult Social Care Mental Health Admin team. We are looking for applicants who are open to new ideas and who would welcome the opportunity to work in a service that is adapting to the demands of our County. You will be working with several community teams supporting them to deliver the mental health service across East Sussex. The role will include minute taking Safeguarding Adults at Risk meetings. This role covers countywide office locations; Eastbourne, Hastings, Newhaven, and Uckfield. Currently our service is hybrid working with a requirement to go to the office a minimum of 1 day per week. This may be subject to change due to business needs.

We are looking for candidates who can:

  • Minute and produce accurate records of meetings.
  • Effectively organise and prioritise own and team workload to meet deadlines.
  • Deal with challenging and distressed clients on the telephone and face to face.
  • Communicate effectively to a range of people.
  • Exercise discretion dealing with sensitive information, maintain confidentiality.
  • Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
