Our client is looking for a Business Administrator Apprentice who will interact with internal and external customers and suppliers. You will be organising and supporting the Manager in running the main office and reception desk, and learning to organise day to day tasks for the efficient running of the office.
About our client: A well-established family run business who takes pride in the quality of service they provide to the local community and are a small friendly team who work closely together. The garage is based in Langley, providing MOTs and service of vehicle repairs. Repairs vary depending on each vehicle's requirements. Short walking distance from Langley college and Langley train Station.
The role:
- Possible start date: ASAP
- Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm
- Total working hours: 35
What you will do in your working day: You will organise your workload by liaising with the Garage Manager and resolving day to day issues for the efficient running of the office.
Tasks to include:
- Record keeping
- Data input
- Filing
- Recording of documentation
- Telephone handling
The training you will receive:
- Level 3 Business Administration qualification
- All training is undertaken online, through a combination of self-paced eLearning and live online classes
- Functional skills in English and Mathematics, if required
