Based at six UK locations, we provide Wholesale, distribution, specialist E&I inspection, maintenance and project services to all parts of the Offshore & Onshore Energy sector, Pharmaceutical, Marine and many other industries. Managed from our UK locations, our services operate within the UK, Europe, Africa and Asia.

As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll be the central link between customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Your industry experience will help ensure fast, accurate processing of orders, quotations, and customer queries, while supporting the sales team in driving performance and maintaining high service standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Process sales quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders efficiently and accurately
  • Manage and build relationships with assigned customer accounts
  • Proactively follow up on quotations to secure business
  • Expedite customer and supplier orders, handling returns and non-conformances
  • Maintain and update CRM records to ensure clean and current data
  • Support Business Development Managers with sales coordination tasks
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain high standards of customer service aligned with our core values
