We are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 (Category C) HGV Driver to join a well-established plumbing and drainage company based in Chesterfield. This is an ongoing role offering consistent Monday to Friday work, with nights out required depending on customer requirements. There is a genuine opportunity for a temp-to-perm position for the right candidate.
The Role
- Class 2 (Category C) driving duties
- Delivering plumbing, drainage equipment and materials to customer sites
- Monday to Friday work
- Various start times depending on operational requirements
- Regular nights out as required
- Completing delivery paperwork accurately
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
- Providing excellent customer service at delivery locations
Pay & Benefits
- £17.53 per hour
- £26.00 per night out

Requirements
- Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) Licence
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous Class 2 driving experience preferred
- Good understanding of UK road networks
- Reliable, flexible and professional attitude
- Comfortable with regular nights out
- Strong communication and customer service skills
