As a leader within our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a wide range of private client matters, including:

  • Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney

  • Trusts and estate planning advice

  • Court of Protection applications

  • Probate applications and estate administration

  • Collaborating with our Dispute Resolution team on contentious probate cases

My client is seeking a highly experienced and senior Private Client practitioner to join their dynamic Private Client Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and secure individual who aligns with the firm’s long-term vision and strategic direction.

My client is looking for someone with extensive experience not only in handling private client matters but also in managing teams and delivering solutions-driven results., The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5 to 10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), managing a caseload independently.

  • Proficiency in IT, including Office 365, and experience with case management systems.

  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.

  • The ability to take initiative, work proactively, and manage a busy, fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong team collaboration skills and adaptability in a dynamic workplace.

  • STEP qualification desired.
