About the role

We’re reinventing payments. In less than four years, Dojo disrupted the market to become the largest and most loved acquirer in the UK. Our payments infrastructure, purpose-built for in-person commerce, is game changing. Now, over 150,000 customers across four countries choose to transact billions with us every year. But we’re just getting started. Our people are the driving force behind our success. They are our greatest investment and our ultimate competitive advantage. The role... As our Senior Lead for Direct & Partner Enablement, you will be the architect of the performance engine driving Dojo's revenue growth. This is a strategic role where you'll build the essential frameworks, playbooks, and capabilities needed to win larger deals, expand our direct sales team, and activate high-performing partners. You will embed commercial discipline across our teams, ensuring our sellers and partners operate with a clear methodology and consistent standards to turn activity into predictable revenue.

What you will do...

  • Build and execute a comprehensive enablement roadmap for our direct sales teams (from SDR to Enterprise) and managers, personally leading training on outbound excellence.
  • Design and implement structured onboarding, accreditation, and co-sell programs to activate and empower our partners.
  • Develop and scale our 'Sellers' Toolkit,' creating high-impact content including pitch decks, battlecards, and call scripts in partnership with Product Marketing.
  • Embed structured deal methodologies and qualification standards across all channels to ensure high-quality pipeline and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Partner with RevOps to drive CRM and tool adoption, using data to track and optimise sales performance and productivity.
  • Create specialised enablement for sales leadership, equipping them with the frameworks needed for elite pipeline inspection and effective performance coaching.

What you will bring...

  • A strong background in Sales Enablement, Sales Leadership, or Revenue Operations within a high-growth B2B environment.
  • Experience supporting both Direct (SDR/AE) and Partner/Channel sales models.
  • A proven ability to embed sales methodologies, optimise outbound pipeline generation, and instil a discipline of inspection.
  • Demonstrated success in building impactful enablement programs for both sales representatives and managers.
  • Strong analytical skills and a hands-on approach, with the ability to build content, run training sessions, and iterate based on data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills, with experience using tools like Salesforce and Gong.
