Our commercial function needs a GTM tech stack that’s tidy, trustworthy, and properly integrated - so the rest of the team can move fast without breaking things. We’re hiring a RevOps / Systems Administrator to be the day-to-day owner of HubSpot and the surrounding GTM tools (Gong, Apollo, Lemlist, Koncert, Lusha, SimilarWeb, Crossbeam, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Claude MCP integrations) - keeping data clean, workflows behaving, and systems talking to each other reliably. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role at the heart of the Commercial Team. You’ll work under the direction of VP RevOps and commercial leadership, but you’ll be trusted to own your queue, prioritise effectively, and ship the small fixes that compound into big leverage for the team. It’s an excellent opportunity for rapid career development, reward, and exposure into the world of AI.

Targeting, segmentation & enrichment
- Build and maintain segments of our target accounts & contacts
- Run enrichment plays using paid data sources such as Apollo, SimilarWeb, and Lusha to keep our contact and account data fresh

- Ability to articulate with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, flexible - comfortable working under direction and independently
- Strong sense of prioritisation - you can tell the difference between “fix now” and “park for later”
