Harvey is seeking a GTM Systems Administrator to join the GTM Systems team and scale systems powering pipeline and customer experience. You’ll work AI-first on projects from lead sourcing to customer success tooling, reporting to the Head of GTM Systems and partnering with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success.
You’ll design end-to-end data flows, implement AI triage and copilots, and automate admin tasks to reduce manual work while driving revenue and retention.
