We're now looking for a Training & Resourcing Manager
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Lead all site training activities, ensuring colleagues remain compliant with mandatory, refresher, and operational training requirements.
- Manage and develop a team of Operational Trainers, driving a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Work closely with the Resourcing Team, agencies, and operational stakeholders to deliver recruitment plans and support onboarding activities.
- Develop and maintain annual training plans, training schedules, and performance reports to meet business needs and compliance standards.
- Partner with operational and senior leadership teams to identify future recruitment and training requirements, providing guidance and support across the site.
this Role Would Suit People Who
- Experience working within a Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehousing environment.
- Previous experience leading or coordinating training activities.
- Recruitment, resourcing, or workforce planning experience is desirable.
- E-commerce fulfilment experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across operational and support teams.
