A prominent financial institution is searching for an Oracle Fusion Solutions Architect on an initial 1 year contract.
About the Programme:
This 18-month transformative programme is focused on implementing the Oracle Fusion ERP suite across Finance, Procurement, and Recruitment, building upon existing Oracle HCM tools to facilitate significant business transformation across the bank.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the mapping and alignment of business requirements to the Oracle solution through thorough reviews and strategic planning.
- Define and manage the Oracle Fusion Solution Design and Build, working alongside System Integrators and Technology Solution Architects.
- Ensure programme compliance with the bank’s architectural frameworks and policies.
- Coordinate with various departments and teams to manage solution delivery and compliance.
- Oversee solution delivery governance, including resource management, risk management, and control processes.
- Drive the solution delivery through effective stakeholder and third-party management.
- Lead the Change Request Process, assessing impacts on design, costs, and timelines.
- Contribute to the bank’s project solution delivery competencies by mentoring and potentially managing day-to-day operations of Oracle Fusion SMEs.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud in areas such as Financial, Procurement, Projects, HCM, and Reporting.
- Strong leadership capabilities in managing complex, high-priority IT and business programmes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Project and Excel, with an excellent understanding of OCI and SaaS/PaaS integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality documentation and deliver compelling presentations.
