About the role

Dedicate Recruitment is seeking an experienced Resourcing Officer to join thisreputable multi academy trustin Wiltshire.

This pivotal role involves managing the full recruitment cycle within the organisation's central services team, working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure a smooth, compliant, and efficient recruitment process.

The successful candidate will oversee all processesfrom writing job descriptions and advertising vacancies, to sourcing candidates creatively, shortlisting, interviewing, and managing onboarding procedures.

The role also includes maintaining accurate employee records, supporting employee engagement through promotional efforts, and ensuring all safeguarding and GDPR policies are adhered to.

You will be: Minimum GCSE grade C+ / 4+ in Maths and English Experience in customer service and administrative roles, preferably within an office environment Knowledge of Safer Recruitment and Keeping Children Safe In Education (KCSIE)guidelines Candidate screening and interview experience, with familiarity of ATS systems Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and work accurately under pressure coupled with good MS Office skills Ability to work independently whilst maintaining effective collaborative relationships Full clean driving licence with access to a vehicle is desirable This is a full time position, 37 hours per week and once settled, hybrid working is available.
