About the role

This role will be supporting complex deals and will provide coordination, guidance and partnership in large bids. The role will provide financial expertise and support to ensure all relevant functions are duly engaged within the right timeframe, all approvals sought and documented, to ensure the deal is properly approved, supported and optimised to provide the highest win rate as well as the smoothest execution after the conclusion of the deal. The role will also conduct post‑mortem reviews and propose process improvements and share best practices with peers.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in responding to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs and regularly interface with key stakeholders to discuss current and upcoming deals in order to proactively manage responses from multiple internal and partner/supplier groups.
  • Manage SFDC cases and deal trackers to support complex opportunities through the approval workflow, ensuring adherence to the approval process.
  • Support the financial accuracy and integrity of all deals, ensuring proper approvals and documentation.
  • Conduct post‑mortem reviews, identify improvement opportunities and share lessons learned with peers.
