What you’ll do:
- Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store
- Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering exceptional customer service
- Coach and guide the team to meet sales and service targets
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and operations
- Help customers find eyewear that combines style, comfort and expert care
- Take ownership of the store and step up when needed in the manager’s absence
