What you’ll do:
- Support the Store Manager with day‑to‑day shop leadership and performance.
- Motivate, coach and inspire the team to deliver excellent service.
- Ensure the highest standards of customer care, store presentation and operations.

- Step up to lead the store in the Store Manager’s absence.
