About the role

Daimler AG in Milton Keynes is seeking a Sensitive Processes & Vulnerable Customer Specialist to manage sensitive and vulnerable cases end-to-end, delivering fair outcomes while complying with FCA Vulnerable Customer guidance and Consumer Duty.
